PP Expense relies substantially on information provided or confirmed by the user.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter or import is accurate and complete, including:

  • Payment methods;

We do not independently verify every transaction or financial record entered into the App.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Features

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain:

  • Calculation or parsing errors;

Where a feature is designed to process information on the device, such as the App's AI Quick Add functionality, processing may occur locally according to the App's current technical implementation.

6. Calculations and Reports

PP Expense may automatically calculate or display:

  • Budgets;
  • Spending percentages;
  • Income and expense summaries;
  • Charts;
  • Reports;
  • Financial trends; and
  • Other derived information.

Although we aim to provide accurate calculations, we do not warrant that every calculation, report, visualization, or generated summary will always be completely accurate or error-free.

You should verify important financial figures against your original records, statements, receipts, invoices, bank records, or other authoritative sources.

7. No Bank or Financial Institution Connection Unless Explicitly Provided

PP Expense should not be interpreted as a bank account, wallet, payment account, investment account, or financial institution.

Unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise, PP Expense does not independently verify your bank balance or transaction history.

Information displayed in the App may differ from information maintained by your bank, payment provider, card issuer, accounting system, or other financial institution.

8. Backup and Data Loss

PP Expense may provide local backup, JSON export, CSV export, Google Drive backup/restore, or other data-management features.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important financial information.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every backup will always be successfully created;
  • Every backup will remain available indefinitely;
  • Every backup will always be restorable;
  • A restored backup will always contain every expected record;
  • Exported files will remain compatible with every future version; or
  • Data loss can never occur.

You should periodically verify important backups and maintain copies of critical financial records in appropriate locations.

9. Google Drive Backup

Google Drive backup is an optional feature that allows you to store applicable PP Expense backup data in your Google Drive account.

When you choose to use this feature:

  • The backup may contain financial and other App data included in the selected backup;
  • You are responsible for managing your Google Drive account;
  • Google Drive availability is outside our control;
  • Google may apply its own policies, security measures, limits, and service conditions; and
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of Google Drive services.

You should review your backup periodically and ensure that important information is available before deleting local records or changing accounts.

10. Offline Functionality

PP Expense is designed as an offline-first application.

Core functionality may operate without an internet connection. However, certain features may require internet connectivity, including:

  • Google Sign-In;
  • Google Drive backup and restore;
  • Subscription/payment verification;
  • Advertisements;
  • Support submissions;
  • Certain online services; and
  • Other features that depend on external services.

Offline availability does not guarantee that every feature will operate without an internet connection.

11. Third-Party Services

PP Expense may rely on third-party services, platforms, APIs, payment providers, advertising services, authentication services, cloud-storage services, hosting providers, or other external infrastructure.

  • Google Drive;
  • Google Sign-In;

  • Razorpay.

Third-party services are operated independently from PP Expense and may experience:

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

12. Advertisements

The free version of PP Expense may display advertisements through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Advertisements are provided by third parties and may be selected or delivered according to the applicable advertising platform's systems, policies, and user settings.

We do not necessarily endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for products, services, claims, or offers presented through third-party advertisements.

Users should independently evaluate any product or service before purchasing or using it.

Paid subscription plans may provide an ad-free experience, subject to the applicable subscription terms.

13. Subscription and Payment Disclaimer

PP Expense may offer paid subscriptions for premium or ad-free functionality.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

We do not control:

  • Your bank;
  • Card issuer;
  • UPI provider;
  • Payment network;
  • Payment gateway infrastructure; or
  • Other third-party financial institutions.

  • Error-free;
  • Bug-free;
  • Completely secure;
  • Compatible with every device;
  • Compatible with every Android version; or
  • Free from technical defects.

The App may occasionally require maintenance, updates, bug fixes, configuration changes, or temporary service interruptions.

  • Fix bugs;

  • Remove features;

  • Failed or unavailable backups;
  • Google Drive issues;
  • Payment-provider issues;

  • Device failure;

  • Loss of access to an account;
  • Internet/network failures; or

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
